    It adopts a 5-stage filtration system for oil fume extraction, purification, and emission, including kitchen exhaust fan, hood, pre-filter, ionizing plate, collecting plate, post-filter, and commercial exhaust fan.

    It achieves an air emission of 3600m³ per hour and a 90% oil fume purification rate.

    Five Purification Process

    1. Condensation collision purification
    Utilizing the different saturated vapor pressures of gaseous pollutants at different temperatures and pressures, the pollutants are condensed under the premise of lowering the temperature or increasing the pressure to purify and recover 60% of the oil smoke particles (5 μm)
    2. Metal structure filtration and purification
    It adopts a metal filter screen, gravity, and collision principles to separate impurities and a high-quality and gentle wind flow rate.
    3. Dynamic separation disk purification
    Using a gapped oil fume shield, under high-speed rotation, the negative pressure generated by the fan will intercept and recover large oil fume particles.
    4. High-energy particle electrostatic purification
    The stainless steel ionization plate ionizes the gas and charges the oil fume particles into charged particles. When the charged particles reach the second collection plate, they impact and absorb 90% of the oil fume particles (>0.1μm)
    5. UV light reaction purification
    Using UV lamps with two bands of 254nm and 185nm, the 254nm ultraviolet band cuts off the oil molecular chains of the oil smoke to form small oil molecules; the 185nm ultraviolet light reacts with oxygen in the air to produce ozone, which oxidizes the oil molecules into water, carbon dioxide, and Trace white powder; after the oil in the grease is photolyzed and oxidized, the smell or peculiar smell is also eliminated.
