LF-CYZ-2400 All-In-One Restaurant Kitchen Exhaust Hood Systems

This is an all-in-one ventilation system that integrates oil fume extraction, filtration, purification, deodorization and emission. It consists of a hood, oil fume purifier, UV deodorizing light and centrifugal volute fan. It can process 5,000m³ of kitchen fume per hour (equal to the amount of fume produced by 17 gas stoves), and the fume purification rate reaches 99%. It is suitable for restaurants, canteens and food factories with small kitchen area, modern design and open plan.

（1）It adds condensation collision purification technology to the range hood. When the oil fume reaches the condenser, by lowering the temperature or increasing the pressure, the saturated vapor pressure of the gaseous pollutants at different temperatures and pressures is used to condense the pollutants.

In this process, more than 60% of pollutants larger than 5 μm can be intercepted.

（2）The Oil filter disc in the range hood rotates at high speed to generate centrifugal force. While absorbing the oil fume generated by the stove, it intercepts large-sized oil fume particles through the gaps in the Oil filter disc.

The pre-filter screen intercepts large-sized oil smoke particles, and the post-filter screen intercepts small-sized oil mist molecules.

（3）It uses electronic electrostatic smoke purification technology to load hundreds of millions of positive and negative ions on the grease particles, dust and other impurities in the oil smoke through the stainless steel ionization field, and then adsorbed by the collection section of the opposite electrode.

The stainless steel ionization field filters out more than 90% of oil fume particles larger than 0.1 μm.

（4）Add a UV deodorizer (optional item) at the connection between the oil fume purifier and the centrifugal fan. UV deodorizers are divided into two ultraviolet bands, 254nm and 185nm. The 254nm ultraviolet band cuts the oil molecular chain into small oil molecules. The 185nm ultraviolet band reacts with oxygen to produce ozone.

（5）The ozone oxidizes the oil molecules into water, carbon dioxide and trace amounts of white powder to achieve the effect of purifying the smell.
