The ionization plate is made of aviation aluminum plate with high conductivity, high strength and strong corrosion resistance.
The oil fume adsorption area of a single ionization field reaches 8 to 12 ㎡. It is a professional equipment specially designed for commercial kitchens.

The ionization field shell is made of ceramic with high insulation and waterproof level up to IPX3, which is not easy to break in high-pressure environment.
It adopts an operating system with induction start + mobile APP remote control, and supports timing, wind speed regulation and heavy oil fume purification.

The electrical box uses industrial-grade imported electronic components and digital voltage power supply, which automatically shuts down when high and low voltage/over-current/overload occurs.
The ozone content of the purified oil fume is less than 0.01 (PPM), which meets the oil fume emission standards.
